Expected delivery time for gifts, lifestyle and wellbeing items is 3-7 working days.
Please note the lead time is for guidance only so if time is of the essence please contact us for clarification before placing your order - firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via e-mail.
Items will be sent using couriers such as Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail and the following charges will be made (please note all quoted charges include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate of 20%).
These costs do not apply to our furniture ranges and are used as guidance only for our giftware and accessories.

The delivery lead time for the solid and pre-assembled pieces is 10 – 15 working days for in stock items and up to 8 weeks if the piece you require is out of stock. If there is any extension to the expected date, you will be notified by e-mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be careful when unpacking these goods as it is very easy to damage the furniturwith sharp instruments such as scissors and knives when cutting through the packaging . We cannot be held responsible for this damage and are unable to replace or refund.
There are two surcharge rates – one for the solid and pre-assembled ranges and the other is for our flat packed and home assembly items. Details are shown during the checkout process. Please contact us for deliveries to any offshore island whose postcode isn’t detailed here.
If any item is out of stock then the order will not be dispatched until every item is available and you will be advised of an approximate lead time.

All charges shown are subject to change at short notice if fees are altered by our suppliers or their delivery services or if there is any increase in VAT.
You are then required to make your own arrangements for onward delivery from the chosen delivery hub. Our delivery service ends as soon as the items have been accepted at your chosen shipping company or hub. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any loss or damage during the onward journey so it is highly recommended you ensure that sufficient and appropriate insurance cover is provided.

Although our lead times are given in good faith, they are for guidance only. If your requirements are time restricted, please contact us before placing an order to make sure we are able to meet your deadlines as we cannot be held responsible for delayed dispatch and deliveries.
If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you have a change of heart, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (this is in accordance with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
We can only accept returned items if they are in a re-saleable condition. This means they should be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
You are obliged to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and this responsibility ends once the goods have been received by us, therefore we recommend that an insured delivery service is used as we cannot be held responsible if goods are either lost in the post or damaged in transit.
The cost of the return will be payable by you the customer.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, a refund for the price you paid for said items (excluding any post and packing charges incurred by Present Daze Furniture & Gifts) will be made.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us either by phone 01903 885311 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your original order and we will then arrange return of the wrong item/s. Once we have received the return, we will arrange for the correct item/s to be sent to you.
Every effort is made to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition and working order.
However, in the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods or incorrect items, please return the item/s to us within 14 days to receive replacement, exchange or refund.
The cost of returning such items to us will be reimbursed.
You lose your rights to return the goods to us where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they have not been returned unused or with the original packaging.
Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days for the goods to be received by us.
