IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please be careful when unpacking as it is very easy to damage the furniture with sharp instruments such as scissors and knives when cutting through the packaging . We cannot be held responsible for this damage and are unable to replace or refund.

Please ensure that e-mail and mobile telephone number details are provided so that we can keep you up to date with all aspects of your order and delivery. If this information is not supplied it may cause a delay to the expected delivery date.

Only one surcharge is payable per order regardless of how many items are included on the order.
If any item is out of stock then the order will not be dispatched until every item is available and you will be advised of an approximate lead time.

Pre-Assembled Furniture Delivery Information

Delivery Information For:
Arundel, Avon, Chair Collection, Cranleigh, Cornish Oak, French Chateau, Greenwich, Lowestoft Light Oak, Manhattan, Petworth, Richmond Rustic Oak, Scandia and South West

If a delay to your delivery is expected, we shall notify you by e-mail and provide a new lead time, however, please be aware that this will be an estimate only and can be subject to change at short notice.

The free delivery is a standard one-man service and the goods will be carried via trolleys and taken over your threshold, however for heavier and bulkier items we ask that assistance is available from the customer.

A two-man white glove service can be arranged for an extra charge and goods will then be carried to a room of choice, and if required, unpacking and assembly can also be arranged.

Although delivery is free to most mainland UK addresses a surcharge is made for the more remote and hard to reach areas. The affected postcodes are detailed below.

Delivery of this item is free of charge to all areas of the UK mainland; however, please contact us for information regarding addresses on offshore islands before placing your order as we may not be able to deliver direct to your home.

If direct delivery is not possible, we can deliver to a mainland shipping hub of your choice, but please be aware that you will be responsible for all onward arrangements and costs.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES:
This is a ONE man delivery service. This means that for bulky, or heavy furniture, you will need to organise some form of assistance at the point of delivery. Due to our insurance terms, our drivers are not allowed to deliver items single-handedly up flights of stairs. However, if assistance is provided our obliging drivers will often help to move items up flights of stairs, but please note that the items are not insured if damaged.

A re-delivery charge will apply if we arrive at a destination with a flight of stairs or awkward access and the recipient either refuses delivery or has not made arrangements to assist the driver. It is illegal for our drivers to stop on a red-route, so you must ensure that alternative arrangements have been made.

Due to the nature of our insurance, we operate a door-to-door delivery service which means that items are delivered to the threshold of a property. Our friendly drivers will often assist in taking items beyond the threshold, but please note that they are not insured if any damage is caused, and therefore we cannot be held responsible.

If you do not wish our drivers to assist in taking items beyond the threshold, please state this when booking the delivery.

This is a standard one-man delivery service which means that the furniture will be carried over your threshold, however for heavier and bulkier items we ask that assistance is available from the customer.

It may be possible to arrange a two-man white glove service at an extra cost of £30 and goods will then be carried to a room of choice but this does not include unpacking, placing or assembly (if required). Please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm this service is available to your home.

Delivery is free to most mainland addresses; however, a surcharge is made for the more remote and hard to reach areas and offshore islands. Please check below to see if your address is affected by this fee.

Delivery of your order will be made within 10 working days and you will be contacted by our delivery company to book a mutually convenient date so please ensure you provide the best mobile or landline number when placing your order so that we can contact you to make delivery arrangements. Should there be any extension to this lead time we will contact you via e-mail with a revised expected date of arrival.

We provide a two-man service and the goods are carried to a room of your choice but this service does not include unpacking, placing or assembly and packaging is not removed.

Delivery is free of charge to most mainland UK addresses; however, please note that a surcharge is levied by the delivery company to homes on offshore islands and in the remote areas of the Highlands – please use the map and table below to see if your postcode is affected and the relevant charge for your area.

When your delivery arrives, please check the packaging for any transit damage and wherever possible, please unpack the items before signing to accept the delivery. Should any damage be discovered, please refuse the delivery and contact us straight away to arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. Please take photographs of the damage and forward on to us.

Gifts and Lifestyle:
Expected delivery time for gifts and lifestyle items is 3-7 working days. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via e-mail.

Items will be sent using couriers and the following charges will be made (please note all quoted charges include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate of 20%). These costs do not apply to our furniture ranges and are used as guidance only for our giftware and accessories:

Returns

Unwanted items:
If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you have a change of heart, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (this is in accordance with Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
We can only accept returned items if they are in a re-saleable condition. This means they should be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
You are obliged to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and this responsibility ends once the goods have been received by us, therefore we recommend that an insured delivery service is used as we cannot be held responsible if goods are either lost in the post or damaged in transit.
The cost of the return will be payable by you the customer.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, a refund for the price you paid for said items (excluding any post and packing charges incurred by Present Daze Furniture & Gifts) will be made.


Incorrect item received:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us either by freephone: 0808 143 0710 or e-mail at info@presentdaze.co.uk with details of your original order and we will then arrange return of the wrong item/s. Once we have received the return, we will arrange for the correct item/s to be sent to you.


Faulty Goods:
Every effort is made to ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition and working order.
However, in the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods or incorrect items, please return the item/s to us within 14 days to receive replacement, exchange or refund.
The cost of returning such items to us will be reimbursed.


Please note:
You lose your rights to return the goods to us where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they have not been returned unused or with the original packaging.


Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days for the goods to be received by us.
