Please be aware that there may be extended delays to the availability of some furniture items.

This means that stock levels of all furniture ranges and some lifestyle products can change at very short notice and although we maintain regular stock availability checks, we cannot guarantee all items that display as 'In Stock' will be available for immediate dispatch.  If time is of the essence for any order, we strongly advise that you contact us to check the availability of items before placing an order.

We will continue to provide up to date lead times once an order has been placed and the procedure for this is as follows:

  1. When an order is placed you will receive an automated order confirmation that details the items you have purchased. Please check that all the details on this confirmation are correct including your delivery address details, mobile phone number, email address as well as the items on the order, so that any errors can be easily rectified.
  2. The confirmation is followed by a second message within 1 working day advising you that your order has been processed. This message will also include the expected delivery lead time. In some instances, you may receive a 'split delivery' advice if the items you have purchased are expected to be delivered on different dates. It is important to note that any lead time given is a guide only and we cannot guarantee any given delivery date until the stock has physically arrived at our suppliers warehouses as information provided to us can change at extremely short notice.
  3. If the quoted lead time is too long, then please let us know and we will arrange to cancel the order and issue a full and immediate refund of any payment made.

We always reserve out of stock items for our customers to ensure they receive their deliveries as a matter of priority as soon as possible once the goods arrive at our suppliers warehouses.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the lead times we initially provide are given in good faith, they can change either way at very short notice because of last minute changes to the arrival of the stock at our suppliers warehouses and unfortunately this situation is out of our control.

We can now offer a very limited delivery service of some home assembly furniture ranges, lifestyle items and gifts to Northern Ireland, however, although the standard delivery remains free of charge, there will be a delivery surcharge applied by couriers on deliveries to these areas. Customers with BT postcodes will need to contact us before they are able to place an order with details of the items they wish to purchase and we will then be able to advise the cost of the delivery.



Home Assembly Furniture Ranges
All orders are processed and deliveries are made of in stock items within 2 - 5 working days and up to 8 weeks for out of stock items.

All Other Pre Assembled and Solid Furniture Ranges
Orders are processed and dispatched within 10 - 15 working days for in stock items and up to 16 weeks for out of stock items.

Giftware & Lifestyle
Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible with delivery usually made within 5 days.  However, delivery of some items may take up to 3 - 4 weeks. Please ask for details of expected delivery lead times if any item/s are required by a specific date before placing an order.
